What is the procedure for booking online?
According to your options select Hotels accommodations, Packages or Airfares and
follow the simple steps towards booking. To make it easier for our clients we
have also segregated packages according to destinations for easier booking. In
our website we also provide you with details on how to get around in the your
city visiting or for basic necessities like sim cards, taxi’s, trains and etc.

Why can’t I amend my booking online?
You cannot make changes in your booking if you are 3 days away from check – in
into your holiday destination package or hotels. For more assistance contact us
Can I hold a room without paying for it?
No we are unable to hold on to any rooms.
Is my reservation confirmed with the hotel immediately after I book it?
Once you are done with the payment please give us up to 2 hours to confirm your
booking with us, if any major changes occur and we are unable to provide you
with that room, we will notify you with 24 hours depending on the location time.
