All payments are due upon receipt. If the payment is not received or the payment
method is decline the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased and

transport, safety, hygiene, medical facilities and other services may not be the
same as you are used to. By booking with Suvayatra.com you acknowledge that some
of the trips may involve risk that may not be present of conventional or less
demanding holidays. We strongly advise you not to choose adventure trip if you
have a certain medical health conditions. By booking with Suvayatra.com you
acknowledge your decision to travel with Suvayatra.com trips made after
consideration of relevant travel information that may be available at any time.
We strongly recommend you to go through the information and description provided
for any Holiday Packages and Adventure trips.
If an item is cancelled before the payment has been processed, we will not
charge you with any amount. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is
responsible for the payment. If you are not satisfied with any purchase of your
hotel rooms, Airfares or packages we strongly recommend you to make cancellation
a week before checking in date. We also advise you to go through the booking
terms and conditions for any product bought in Suvayatra.com as we feature many
travel agencies under us and policies for each of them are different.
The suppliers for hotels, packages and Airfare have provided all rates mentioned
for any product to us. These rates will fluctuate according to peak season and
so on, so please make sure to be aware that none of these rates are fixed and we
will not be responsible for any misinterpretation for the rates.
